Hello! If your TV is discoverable by your device and connects by wireless, you can absolutely cast your device onto your TV. All videos are delivered via streaming and viewable 24/7. The videos support playback on all devices including mobile operating systems such as iOS (iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch) and Android, hope that helps!
